Terrible location, very far from Chwang. Food is good but served portions extremely small.Great swimming pool, good breakfast, nice rooms.
NASuper resort with excellent facilities and service. Definitely highly recommend
Staff are friendly
small remark - Swimming pool next to hotel need a little reconstruction, some titles were missing :) the other one, next to see was fine ... we enjoy that one more ..All was as expected according pictures here, very nice hotel, clean with wide breakfast options, nothing to complain in general .. Thai people = amazing :) We did enjoy our stay.
Only sad thing was the wiev from the room, bottom floor and a gray concrete wall outside the window.Stayed only one nigth but. Breakfast was nice, nice and peaceful hotel. Great staff, can recommend it. Thanks to the guard who helped to go get over the street to beach side and the second pool. (abit off traffic)
Value for money, very nice hotel. Even prepared surprise birthday cake upon check-in. Very close to the beach, and the swimming pool is very clean.
Great location, breakfasts were incredible! Beach and pool were fantastic.
- very loud street divides the hotel from the beach, which doesnt create a really relaxing atmosphere, although they had very helpful security staff to help you cross it - restaurant is expensive but there are some cheap restaurants in walking distance - just walk down the street, you will see some - beach is not really nice for swimming so therefore it is pretty quiet - we ordered a taxi (which was a private person they know with a car) at the reception and always had to pay 400 baht for a 10 minute car ride. we never paid more then 250-300 baht (which is still way overpriced - in Bangkok you would not even have topay 100baht) if we organised a taxi by ourselves. We unfortunately booked a total of 11 days which we figured out later was a mistake. It is way too much to stay in Prana Resorts. But for 2-3 days the hotel is recommendable. We tried to negotiate with the hotel staff and manager to cancel a few days and get it refunded but they were very strict about their policies (non-refundable although booking.com itself had no issues with that) so that made the whole experience of course less enjoyable. They could have offered us at least a better room for a few days or something like that but they did nothing at all.- nice and big rooms - very clean - nice architecture and athmosphere - friendly hotel staff - free shuttle to Fishermens Village (3x per week) and cheap shuttle to Chaweng every evening - private beach, although not that enjoyable for swimming - 2 pools: both were nice but not very clean - right next to the airport but it is not noisy - harbors with boats going to Ko Phangan and Ko Tao are pretty near (a trip to Koh Tao -1.5h by catamaran Lomprayah - is highly recommendable as we only there found clear water and had a great time snorkeling. water at the beaches in Samui and Phangan was turbid and therefore not really nice to swim in)
nothing!!!!wonderful smiles of staff members, ambience and superb breakfast helpful advice
The resort was amazing. Two swimming pools, one with swim up bar and the other with a view over the beach. There is also a bar and restaurant at the beach pool. The food and drinks are great with happy hour 4pm-6pm. All of the staff are so friendly and nothing is too much. I would highly recommend this property.
